This is my first attempt at making English Muffins. They certainly smell good, tasted great and it was so easy to do. This recipe I got from The Fresh Loaf web page from kjknit's blog. The pictures take you from beginning to end. There are lemon poppyseed scones beside the muffins which I enjoy almost every morning along with a great cup of coffee
