Well, as Julia said "read recipe first" which I did but saw TBLS instead of teaspoon when making this Creme Fraiche. The 1 cup whipping cream to 1 tsp. buttermilk instead of a TBLP buttermilk made the cream fraiche a little more tangy. Husband Ken didn't like it but I can always use it in the pancake mix which I am making today.
